Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? #### **Responsibilities** * Review and validate maintenance orders and notes, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with failure descriptions, failure modes, and executed actions; * Ensure maintenance records comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements; * Structure, organize, and maintain maintenance databases and audit logs, ensuring traceability and data integrity; * Analyze large volumes of operational and maintenance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Develop, train, and apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for automatic classification of records and identification of non-conformities; * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs to monitor data quality and maintenance performance; * Prepare technical and analytical reports to support decision-making; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary onshore and offshore teams to contribute to continuous improvement and asset reliability initiatives. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance, asset management, or data analysis applied to industrial assets; * Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools, especially Power BI and Excel; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques, focusing on text classification or predictive analytics; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile, with ability to handle large volumes of data; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams; * On-site (on\-site) work at the client’s office, according to the project schedule; * Availability for occasional offshore activities. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the oil and gas sector; * Experience in asset management, reliability, or predictive maintenance; * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder); * Experience in international or multinational corporate environments. **Benefits:** * Nationwide Medical Assistance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide Dental Assistance (for employee and dependents) * Meal/Voucher allowance (flexible) * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days) * Daycare assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits Club offering discounts with various partners * Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
