Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***JUNIOR COMMUNICATION ANALYST \- DESIGNER*** **are:** * Supporting the creation of digital assets (e\-mail marketing, presentations, landing pages, and other institutional materials); * Developing layouts aligned with brand guidelines and departmental strategic directives; * Creating key visuals (KVs) for campaigns and projects; * Using Artificial Intelligence tools to boost productivity and generate creative insights; * Creating images, variations of assets, and mockups with support from generative AI tools; * Organizing and maintaining an up\-to\-date visual asset library; * Collaborating with Communication teams and their clients to build campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign), Canva, and SharePoint; * Basic knowledge of design for internal communications, social media, and digital media; * Foundational knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory; * Basic familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.); * Interest in exploring creative automation and AI\-driven process optimization; * Preferred: experience with editing tools featuring AI capabilities (Adobe with Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.); * Desired: basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar). **Additional Information** Work Location: Montreal \- Barra da Tijuca Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexible options between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
