Support in assembling and maintaining computers Internship Responsibilities: * Handle and classify IT requests for triage and forwarding; * Address Level 1 (Systems and Infrastructure) tickets; * Assist in installing applications, software, and hardware; * Support assembling and maintaining computers; * Assist with Help Desk support and remote access; * Support users with IT infrastructure resources; * Identify opportunities to improve available technical resources; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
