You will work at a company that values a welcoming, well-maintained environment full of endomarketing initiatives—helping transform every internal event into a memorable moment. * Support operational activities for internal events and endomarketing initiatives. * Conduct pre- and post-event inspections using location checklists. * Perform daily checklists for cleaning, organization, and maintenance of spaces. * Open, register, and track service requests in the Facilities management system (hard/soft services). * Interact with internal clients to understand their needs and route appropriate solutions. * Support vendors and third-party teams as needed. * Suggest improvements to facilities routines and to people’s experience. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience in facilities, events, reception, administration, or related areas. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over shared spaces. * Ability to interact effectively with people and serve internal clients. * Willingness to work on-site and move around company premises. * Basic computer literacy for using service request systems. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with cleaning routines, building maintenance, or facility management. * Experience supporting corporate events or endomarketing initiatives. * Familiarity with hard and soft services in facilities management. * Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
