Growth in a supportive environment **What We’re Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Develop, design, and maintain interactive and automated dashboards for monitoring business KPIs; Create clear and strategic visualizations to facilitate decision-making by business teams; Conduct exploratory and in-depth analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities; Interpret data from multiple sources (media, product, audience, campaigns) and consolidate relevant information; Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical teams; Support marketing, product, and media teams with performance and consumer behavior analyses; Monitor and analyze content consumption metrics and campaign performance; Design and maintain databases while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability; Integrate data from various systems and platforms; Identify data-driven opportunities to optimize processes and outcomes; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technology); Support the definition and evolution of business KPIs and strategic metrics. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Required technical skills: Power BI (intermediate to advanced level); Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Experience with ETL tools or data pipeline development; Knowledge of media and digital marketing metrics. **Experience and Technical Skills:** Solid experience developing dashboards and data visualizations, preferably using Power BI; Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and management reporting; Experience with media consumption metrics, digital performance, and marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion, ROI); Experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, media outlets, or related fields (strong advantage); Experience handling, processing, and structuring large-scale data (big data); Knowledge of data modeling and analytical database construction; Experience integrating multiple internal and external data sources; **Desirable:** Python or R for data analysis; Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.); Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis; Experience with streaming data, audience data, or user behavior data. **Work Location:** Hybrid in Rio de Janeiro **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
