Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining networks (LAN, WAN, and WLAN), as well as configuring network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, servers). Experience with network troubleshooting. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis and problem resolution, data collection for auditing, and preparation of technical specifications. Leads network infrastructure projects, possesses knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), and demonstrates the ability to efficiently resolve problems, strong communication skills, teamwork capability, and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields or Engineering. Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts.
