Experience with network analysis tools; experience with implementation and maintenance of networks (LAN, WAN, and WLAN); hands-on experience with hardware/software network configuration (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, servers); experience with network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, data collection for auditing, and preparation of technical specifications; knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF); and analytical capability to generate strategic insights and reports. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields or Engineering. Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts.
