If you enjoy solving problems, continuously learning, and providing high-quality service, this position is for you! **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (on-site and remote) to employees. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, notebooks, printers, emails, and corporate software; * Assist in user and permission management in Active Directory; * Monitor and resolve network incidents (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); * Use remote access and help desk tools (e.g.: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, GLPI); * Document technical procedures and keep records up to date. **Requirements and technical skills:** * Experience in user support (on-site and remote); * Proficiency in operating systems **Windows (7, 10, 11)** and **Linux**; * Knowledge of the **Microsoft 365 suite**; * Understanding of **networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)**; * Knowledge of **Active Directory**; * Good communication skills and ability to write technical documentation; * Assembly and maintenance of desktops and notebooks.
