




Description: * Bachelor's degree or coursework in IT-related fields; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Windows servers, Office 365, and basic understanding of information security; * Experience in technical support/service. * Monitor and provide support for the IT infrastructure, performing updates and maintenance of hardware, software, network, databases, and others; * Provide support for the ERP system used by the company; * Deliver helpdesk support to users, either on-site or remotely; * Track, assign, and resolve service tickets; * Record and dispatch equipment for maintenance, following up with suppliers; * Administer firewall and antivirus services; * Manage hardware and software asset management; * Manage user access rights and permissions; * Ensure availability of the IT infrastructure; * Manage servers; * Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues; * Configure/monitor Wi-Fi networks. 2511120202181500001
