**INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST N3 (GENERALIST)** **Job Description:** Focus: Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, Networks (Aruba/Unifi/Cisco), Virtualization (VMware), Backup (Veeam), Firewalls (FortiGate/Firebox) Position summary (for posting) We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst Level 3 to work in a mixed corporate environment (on\-prem \+ cloud), with strong background in Microsoft 365 / Active Directory / Windows Server, Azure and AWS, VMware virtualization, enterprise Wi\-Fi networks (Aruba/Unifi), Veeam backup, and FortiGate and WatchGuard Firebox firewalls. The candidate will serve as technical reference for N1/N2 teams, perform advanced troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement of the environment. Job mission To be the ultimate technical escalation point (N3\) for complex incidents, while simultaneously standardizing, documenting, and improving the company's productivity, network, security, and cloud environments. Key responsibilities Advanced N3 support and troubleshooting in: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, basic Intune) On\-prem Active Directory (GPO, OU, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, basic hardening) Windows Server (2016\+): roles, permissions, file server, printing, DFS Identity and access management: AD ? M365/Azure AD (Entra ID) integration, SSO, MFA, grou **Requirements:** Mandatory requirements Previous experience as N3 / Senior Infrastructure or very strong N2 with career progression plan. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (admin center, mailbox troubleshooting, Teams, basic licensing). Mastery of Active Directory \+ DNS \+ GPO. Experience with Azure and AWS (does not need to be an architect, but must know how to set up/troubleshoot VMs, networking, security, and access). Practical experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi. Experience with Veeam Backup \& Replication. Knowledge of FortiGate and/or WatchGuard Firebox firewalls (policies, VPN, monitoring). Operation of managed switches (Cisco/Aruba/Dell) with VLAN and trunk. Knowledge of enterprise Wi\-Fi (Aruba/Unifi): SSID creation, VLAN binding, client troubleshooting.
