Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for systems deployed at client sites, performing analysis and resolution of issues in both corrective and preventive ways, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing future risks. * Administer and optimize Linux servers and desktops (Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux), including virtualized environments (XenServer, KVM), ensuring infrastructure stability, performance, and security. * Monitor servers, networks, and other infrastructure assets, including security devices (firewalls, routers, switches), using tools such as Zabbix.
