MISSION:
Perform cleaning duties in the F&B area and serve all customers professionally, in accordance with Vila Galé standards.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed high school education and/or currently enrolled.
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment.
* Prior experience in cleaning within the hotel, healthcare, or medium-to-large supermarket sectors is desirable.
* Strong organizational and cleanliness skills, rigor, resilience, customer orientation, and teamwork spirit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen and food service areas, including floors and walls.
* Clean and maintain work machinery and various utensils: tableware, pots, stoves, refrigerators, griddles, freezers, etc.
* Manage the staff cafeteria, attending to all existing requirements in the space—including food replenishment and supervision of used utensils.
* Support buffet quality maintenance by assisting kitchen assistants—reporting needs for replenishment and replacement of used utensils.
* Set up chafing dishes for buffets.
* Store waste in designated appropriate locations.
* Request supplies from supervisors when necessary.
