Main Responsibilities: * Operate machinery according to procedures, demonstrating proficiency with equipment, control items, consumption targets, and quality standards. * Continuously monitor and inspect machine operation to prevent failures. * Arrange for or request replacement or repair of machine wear parts. * Implement corrective action plans upon identifying irregularities. * Monitor product and packaging quality based on laboratory test results. * Respond immediately to irregularities. * Prepare machinery for bottling start-up per PO (Operational Procedure) guidelines. * Control product and raw material losses. * Maintain confidentiality of documents and policies. * Ensure the machine’s safety system remains fully functional. * Properly use and maintain PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), minimizing health and environmental risks. * Perform cleaning and sanitation using appropriate chemical products. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. * Understand measurement equipment and units of measure. * Perform machine setup for new configurations. * Conduct minor repairs and lubrication as assigned. * Support immediate supervisor during operations. * Request replenishment of raw materials and cleaning supplies. * Monitor raw material and product targets, taking action when deviations occur. * Comply with company rules and procedures. * Comply with safety and environmental protection regulations. * Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor. * Perform duties under close and continuous supervision. * Execute 5S routines in your work area. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Residence in Petrópolis, RJ, or nearby regions.
