The professional will be responsible for all bakery production, ensuring quality, consistency, and variety in the products offered to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare doughs, shape and bake breads, savory pastries, and other bakery items. * Monitor oven time and temperature to ensure optimal cooking. * Organize daily production workflow according to demand and daily schedule. * Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the production area, complying with health surveillance regulations. * Monitor and control ingredient inventory, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Create and test new recipes while maintaining product quality and house standards. * Guide assistants and helpers during the production process. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in supermarkets, bakeries, or confectioneries. * Proficiency in both artisanal and industrial baking techniques. * Availability to start work during morning shifts and to work on weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in baking. * Experience with specialty breads, naturally fermented doughs, or whole-grain products. * Creative profile focused on product innovation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, bonus. * Job stability and growth opportunities within the company. * Collaborative team and well-organized work environment.
