Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring team and process safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the maintenance team Responsibilities: * Coordinate maintenance activities through planning and organization; * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Conduct quality inspections on maintenance services; * Manage inventory of maintenance materials; * Ensure team safety during service execution; * Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements; * Maintain accurate records of completed services; * Participate in planning meetings to discuss improvements; * Train and guide the maintenance team; * Implement maintenance safety standards and procedures; * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes; * Assess component operating conditions and schedule machine shutdowns for maintenance; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback; * Keep the team updated on new technologies and procedures, and assign tasks; * Monitor team progress; * Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure; * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Completed high school and technical education. Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. NR-12 (Machine and Equipment Safety), NR-33 (Confined Spaces), and NR-35 (Work at Heights). Practical experience in industrial maintenance, building maintenance, or machinery and equipment maintenance is a plus.
