Job Summary: Professional to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems, including fancoils, splits, cassettes, and chillers. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maintenance on various refrigeration and HVAC equipment. 2. Diagnosing mechanical, basic electrical, and refrigeration faults. 3. Proven experience as a Refrigeration / HVAC Mechanic and completion of a technical course. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on: * Fancoils (horizontal and vertical) * Splits and cassettes * Hydronic cassettes * Work on chillers, including: * Checking pressures, temperatures, and superheat * Basic fault and alarm analysis * Supporting startup, shutdown, and technical inspections * Diagnose mechanical, basic electrical, and refrigeration faults * Perform tasks such as: * Belt replacement and adjustment * Coil and drain pan cleaning * Replacement of simple valves, sensors, and actuators * Leak detection and refrigerant charging * Complete technical maintenance reports and service orders * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards Technical Requirements: * Proven experience as a Refrigeration / HVAC Mechanic * Technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields * Practical knowledge of: * Fancoils * Splits and cassettes * Hydronic systems * Knowledge of chillers, preferably York * Familiarity with: * Refrigeration cycle * Manometer reading * Basic interpretation of electrical diagrams * Knowledge of refrigerants (R\-22, R\-134a, R\-410A) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.700,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
