This professional will be responsible for the engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, and other static equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, process requirements, and engineering best practices for both basic and detailed engineering. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and review mechanical engineering projects involving static equipment (vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, filters), ensuring compliance with standards, process requirements, and mechanical integrity. * Prepare and review engineering documents, such as data sheets, technical specifications, calculation reports, and material lists. * Conduct large-scale technical analyses: data collection, material selection, thickness determination, design pressures and temperatures, support design, piping interfaces, and inspection requirements. * Evaluate technical proposals and supplier documentation, issuing opinions and compatibility comments to ensure alignment with project and contractual requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with experience in static equipment projects within industrial environments. * Experience in detailed engineering: preparation and review of specifications, data sheets, mechanical calculations, and technical documents. * Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, P\&IDs, mechanical diagrams, and supplier documentation. * Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, strong critical analysis skills, technical communication proficiency, and organizational capability.
