Strategic vision and analytical thinking **Job Mission:** The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company's financial information, guaranteeing accounting compliance, internal process efficiency, and strategic support for decision-making. Acts as a management partner, providing financial analysis, budgetary control, and risk management. **Requirements:** * EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT * Strong command of financial controls and routines; * Good communication with non-financial departments; * Strategic vision and analytical thinking ; * Leadership and team management capabilities ; * Organization and attention to detail ; * Clear and objective communication ; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage accounting, tax, cost, and controllership departments; * Prepare and monitor annual budget (budget) and forecasts (forecast); * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement); * Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation ; * Coordinate internal and external audits; * Develop management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and feasibility studies; * Manage cash flow and tax planning; * Lead and develop the finance team. **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca \- RJ **Employment Type:** PJ Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
