Establish the complete PMO structure (tools, routines, dashboards). 2. Integrated Management Across Units Connect FAST, FAST Homes, Nova Metálica, FAST Franchising, and Steel Conecta. Ensure clear communication among teams. Monitor deliverables and align cross-project dependencies. 3. AI Architecture Implementation (Q1) Coordinate AI and technology leads. Ensure organization of technical foundations (BK Layer). Orchestrate integrations (CRM, WhatsApp API, website, internal AI). 4. Daily Progress Management Task tracking Risk identification Removal of blockers Accountability follow-up with responsible parties Strict schedule control Education: Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Systems, Marketing, or related fields. **Prerequisites:** Availability to work in Rio de Janeiro or remotely with periodic in-person meetings. Proven track record managing complex, multidisciplinary projects. Experience in digital transformation, AI, marketing, or operations is a significant advantage. Experience in retail, construction, industry, or technology companies is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** Methodologies: OKR, Kanban, Scrum, PMBOK (practical application). Tools: Notion, Trello, Jira, Monday, ClickUp, or similar. CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or RD). Understanding of AI workflows (training, data bases, automations). Ability to interpret and manage KPIs.
