Creating dashboards and executive reports An IT consulting firm is seeking a PMO Analyst in Niterói. **Responsibilities:** Create and manage queries in Azure DevOps Boards. Configure and maintain organized boards, updated daily. Manage and prioritize the backlog. Create dashboards and executive reports for monitoring. Support project management and delivery tracking. Lead meetings, record minutes, and conduct follow-up with teams. Ensure traceability of requests and adherence to correct Azure DevOps usage. Collaborate with agile teams using Scrum/Kanban. Previous experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or Project Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
