Skills and Competencies: * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Conflict mediation * Customer focus * Innovation * Execute DCVIM financial processes related to the allocation of the annual budget of R$ 1.3 billion. * Handle approximately 16,000 annual requests from the commercial area, composed of 270 Sales Executives, 30 Managers, and 5 Regional Directors, supporting 7,800 Vibra service stations. * Respond to internal requests via system, ensuring comprehensive support to the commercial area. * Develop solutions for internal customers' issues, following required guidelines, procedures, and documentation, respecting internal authorities and standards. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and satisfaction metrics. * Legal Support: * Support judicial proceedings by standardizing and compiling data and documents for litigation-related demands. * Draft and send notifications and counter-notifications via email and legal system, ensuring contractual oversight and protection of Vibra’s interests. * Produce and register debt acknowledgment drafts and account reconciliation letters according to financial standards, ensuring effectiveness in commercial agreements. * Draft equipment sale agreements, monitoring reports, and report technical parameters jointly with Engineering to meet targets. 251218020255589337
