An executive passenger transportation company is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate directly with senior leadership in formulating and implementing the human resource management strategy. Develop human resource planning and organizational structure. Promote employee growth and provide leadership support regarding performance and development. Execute human resource processes. Manage matters related to culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and the organizational environment. Previous experience as HR Director, Talent Manager, People Management Coordinator, or HR Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
