Provide support to unit employees. Assist store managers in conflict resolution and performance evaluation. Monitor unit HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate. Communicate with the Payroll Department, submitting hiring documents and managing timekeeping records. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR Intern, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
