If you are passionate about education, pedagogical organization, and team development, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and evaluate pedagogical activities of courses * Coordinate and support teachers and instructors * Ensure teaching quality and implementation of the pedagogical project * Develop and review course plans, materials, and methodologies * Monitor student performance and propose improvements * Collaborate with academic and administrative management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination or educational supervision * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational processes * Ability to work collaboratively and meet goals **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in free or vocational schools * Knowledge and experience supporting neurodiverse students, promoting inclusive pedagogical practices.
