




**Position Summary** The IT Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Digital Transformation projects, ensuring excellence in execution, team engagement, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This professional will act as a bridge between operations, clients, and corporate areas at CSP Tech, promoting integration, team development, and the adoption of modern management practices and value delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the operation of teams assigned to Digital Transformation, Agility, and IT projects, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency; * Lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Agility, Digital Transformation, and Business, promoting continuous evolution of methods, frameworks, and best practices; * Engage with clients at executive and operational levels, identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and driving strategic action plans; * Support the Discovery cycle, Lean Inception, and OKR definition, ensuring alignment between purpose, deliverables, and outcomes; * Deliver training sessions, capacity-building programs, and workshops on Facilitation Techniques, Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, and Value Management; * Participate in innovation and organizational transformation initiatives with leadership teams, proposing and executing process and cultural improvements; * Manage operational and strategic indicators (KPIs/OKRs) to ensure performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction; * Maintain continuous interface with all internal areas of CSP Tech (Sales, Finance, Governance, HR, and Strategy), ensuring operational flow and information integrity; * Represent the Operations area in internal committees, executive presentations, and results meetings. Relationships Internal: Operations Teams, CoEs, Sales, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Management. External: Corporate clients and strategic partners in Digital Transformation. **Technical Requirements and Knowledge** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience in IT consulting with focus on Digital Transformation, Agility, and Projects; * Relevant background as Scrum Master or Agility Consultant, with direct involvement in large enterprises; * Practical experience in Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Facilitation Techniques, Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and OKR Management; * Ability to operate at both strategic level (planning and diagnostics) and tactical level (execution and performance monitoring); * Experience with management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or similar. **Desired Certifications** * SAFe Agilist (SA) * PACC (Professional Agile Coach Certification) * KMP (Kanban Management Professional) * CSM (Certified Scrum Master) **Behavioral Competencies** * Collaborative and inspiring leadership; * Clear, empathetic, and results-oriented communication; * Systemic thinking and analytical capability; * High facilitation and conflict management skills; * Focus on continuous improvement and organizational learning; * Innovative mindset with strong customer value delivery orientation. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT); * Achievement of project goals and deadlines; * Agile maturity and team development; * Talent retention rate and team engagement; * Operational efficiency and profitability of operations; * Participation and impact in innovation and transformation initiatives. **Differentiators** * Prior experience coordinating Agility or Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence; * Involvement in corporate cultural or digital change programs; * Experience across multiple sectors (finance, retail, telecom, technology, industry, etc.).
