




**Description** We are looking for a professional with a strong process management profile, previous experience in change management or cultural transformation, and excellent interpersonal skills. The challenge of this role is to coordinate the pre-boarding meeting cycle for more than 70 vessels along the Brazilian coast, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. This position will interact directly with different company departments—Safety, Operations, and Maintenance—and plays a strategic role in the offshore employee journey, ensuring standardization of institutional, people, and safety content, as well as reinforcing Bram culture prior to boarding. **Responsibilities and duties** Plan and jointly define with the HSE department the content of the annual Pre-Boarding Matrix. Responsible for ensuring the matrix is always updated in the Management System; Coordinate the entire pre-boarding meeting cycle, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement; Ensure mandatory content is properly presented and updated; Engage involved departments, guaranteeing adequate participation and support at each pre-boarding stage; Define, implement, and monitor success indicators for the process (participation, engagement, feedback, content retention, adherence to deadlines and workflows); Work on standardizing practices and procedures related to pre-boarding, creating and maintaining updated internal documents, scripts, and shared agendas; Implement regular routines to monitor and support the development of Occupational Safety Technicians involved in the process; Establish proactive communication routines to crew members, informing them about key topics to be covered in the pre-boarding, in order to adequately prepare them for the meeting; Maintain a routine of continuous improvement analysis, conducting benchmarking, incorporating feedback, and reviewing methodologies, aiming for constant efficiency in the pre-boarding process; Respond to internal and external audits regarding everything related to the Pre-Boarding process. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or Business Administration; Advanced English; Knowledge of process mapping and management tools; Experience in change management and/or cultural transformation.
