This is a strategic role connecting faculty, students, and parents, ensuring excellence across all institutional touchpoints. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the central pillar in coordinating our daily operations, with the following responsibilities: * Serve as the primary support contact for faculty and ensure effective service to parents and students, resolving issues within your scope or escalating them to Pedagogical Coordination. * Directly manage vital student and institutional support departments (Registrar's Office, Pedagogical Coordination, and Copy/Reprography Services). * Organize, standardize, and oversee essential academic department activities to optimize workflow and resource utilization. * Closely monitor performance metrics and KPIs for the Registrar's Office and Pedagogical Coordination, aiming for continuous improvement and enhanced team performance. ### **The Profile We Are Looking For** We value your expertise, but above all, your soft skills.
