Description

Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex electrical systems, including battery banks, panels, motors, inverters, overhead cranes, and lighting. Proficiency in thermography and material specification Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on battery banks; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CDC panels (load distribution centers) and CCM panels (motor control centers) (low- and medium-voltage), as well as busbars (ducts, synchronization bars, and other busbars within the electrical system). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on terminal block boxes and junction boxes (CBTs and JBs) in industrial areas; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on power circuit breakers and contactors (low- and medium-voltage); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters and static switches; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric motors and motor starters; * Perform maintenance on motorized valves; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and rectifiers. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on grounding grids and SPDAs (surge protection devices against atmospheric discharges); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oil-filled and dry-type transformers used for lighting and outlets. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on frequency converters for motors; * Perform corrective maintenance, replacement, and installation of cable trays, cable ladders, cable tray covers, ladder covers, and conduits. * Perform building electrical maintenance and installations, such as cable routing, device installation (outlets, switches, and light fixtures), and installation of raceways (conduit and cable tray systems). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (low- and medium-voltage) on overhead power lines and corrective maintenance on underground power lines; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the UTGCAB lighting system, including luminaires, electrical panels, conduits, and wiring. * Conduct thermographic inspections and monitoring. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric heaters; * Conduct inspections of the UTGCAB electrical system and issue technical reports. * Specify industrial materials, components, and equipment based on SAP/ERP system records. Requirements: Education: Technical Diploma in Electrotechnology / Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: 5 years in industrial mechanical fields, verified via CTPS (workbook) and/or prior employer’s declaration. Requirement to hold a valid and settled CTR (Technical Responsibility Certificate)
