You are committed, engaged, and act proactively to achieve objectives. About the Role You will provide technical support and prepare budgets in the Technical Assistance area. Daily responsibilities include: * Execute and monitor maintenance plans. * Organize and register machines and equipment in the maintenance system; * Plan and control maintenance staff activities; * Collect maintenance data and indicators; * Develop process improvements aimed at reducing costs, optimizing steps, decreasing execution time, and minimizing unplanned machine and equipment downtime; * Develop suppliers and service providers; * Conduct operational training as required; * Develop processes and create or refine maintenance procedures; * Report problems and anomalies detected in machines and equipment; * Provide support for emergency/unplanned repairs of production equipment during operations. * Prepare budget proposals for purchasing spare parts and maintenance services. * Initiate and submit purchase requisitions for manager approval. * Follow up with suppliers and the procurement department regarding receipt of maintenance spare parts for repair. * Develop predictive and preventive maintenance routines and checklists. * Monitor labor hours logged for maintenance tasks and report deviations. Desired Skills/Knowledge: * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced computer literacy
