Responsibilities include guiding participants’ learning journey, answering questions, assessing activities, facilitating forum interactions, encouraging reflection, and promoting the development of specified competencies. Their work aligns with the pedagogical mediation principles of each solution. **EDUCATION / COURSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** * A completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, * Communication, Library Science, Languages, Educational Technologies, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Distance Education, Instructional Design, Online Tutoring, * or Pedagogical Mediation is desirable.
