Join us and be part of the **REVVOlution in Learning**. **MISSION / SUMMARY:** The Educational Tutor acts as the direct link between participants and the educational solution’s pedagogical framework. Responsibilities include guiding participants’ learning journey, answering questions, assessing activities, facilitating forum interactions, encouraging reflection, and promoting the development of specified competencies. Their work aligns with the pedagogical mediation principles of each solution. **EDUCATION / COURSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** * A completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, * Communication, Library Science, Languages, Educational Technologies, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Distance Education, Instructional Design, Online Tutoring, * or Pedagogical Mediation is desirable. Solid knowledge of active methodologies and e-learning tools is required. * Knowledge of Instructional Design (ID) and content creation is desirable; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience as a Digital Education Consultant or similar role. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Motivational Function: Develop teaching\-learning strategies that positively influence participants’ attitudes and emotions, fostering commitment, motivation, engagement, and a sense of belonging. * Accompaniment Function: Maintain consistent interaction with participants, supporting their continued participation and autonomy throughout the learning journey. * Guidance Function: Support competency development based on personalized and constructive feedback. * Communication Function: Communicate clearly, empathetically, and assertively, promoting inclusion and engagement. * Integration Function: Collaborate in pedagogical course management through mediation and supervision. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Facilitate learning through qualified interaction in pedagogical forums * (institutional support channel); * Clarify participants’ questions regarding content, activities, resources, and * processes of the certification pathway; * Stimulate reflection and practical application of content, aligned with the educational solution’s guidelines; * Assess activities with a formative focus, applying criteria defined in the pedagogical plan; * Record interactions, recurring difficulties, and best practices in the institutional tracking channel; * Monitor participation, engagement, and performance indicators for participants; * Notify mediation and supervision teams of situations requiring expanded pedagogical intervention; * Use welcoming, clear, and competency-oriented language; * Attend alignment meetings with the pedagogical team. * Monitor and interact during synchronous classes. * Support synchronous sessions—such as webinars and anchoring activities—when outlined in the solution’s pedagogical plan, collaborating closely with mediation and supervision teams. * Utilize Microsoft tools such as Planner, Lists, Excel, Forms, etc.; * Ensure standardization of folders and files.
