If you wish to contribute to this purpose, join our team as a **Document Control Analyst**, based at the Barra office. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and improve the engineering technical documentation system, using Green Docs as the central platform for control and versioning; * Ensure all engineering documents—including designs, specifications, flowcharts, bills of materials, and reports—are received, reviewed, and distributed according to internal and contractual standards; * Standardize naming conventions, formats, and metadata, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and customer requirements; * Monitor issuance and approval deadlines, updating progress reports and key performance indicators; * Support engineers, suppliers, and other departments in correctly submitting and updating documents in the system; * Act as the liaison point between internal and external departments, ensuring efficient and secure flow of technical information; * Conduct document audits and propose continuous improvements to control and storage processes; * Maintain integrity, traceability, and backup of the entire technical documentation database, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Archival Science, Library Science, or related fields. * Familiarity with the Green Docs platform and its modules for versioning, workflows, and distribution (Preferred); * Experience with other technical document management tools; * Knowledge of designing workflows, mapping risks, ensuring traceability, and promoting sound practices in technical information governance; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English (for technical reading). **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher allowance via a single benefits card; * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
