Job Summary: The Risk Assistant will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, assisting in the preparation of reports and communication of risks. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to suggest improvements in risk management processes. **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Risk Assistant to join our team. The Risk Assistant will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as assist in preparing reports and communicating relevant risks to leadership. Responsibilities: • Initiate insurance claims with insurers; • Verify and organize required documentation; • Monitor deadlines and progress of claims processes; • Provide support to customers and brokers throughout the process; • Update claims control reports. • Support internal and external audits related to risks • Maintain updated records and documentation • Suggest improvements in risk management processes • Communicate relevant risks to leadership **Requirements:** Requirements: • Completed High School education (Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred); • Experience in administrative routines; • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); • Organizational skills and attention to detail; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Ability to handle confidential information; • Teamwork capability; • Organizational skills and proactivity; • Prior experience in the field is desirable.
