Job Summary: A professional to support the dissemination of agile practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support the dissemination of agile practices and the evolution of teams. 2. Work with teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments. 3. Contribute to continuous improvement and the organization of planning. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Support the dissemination of agile practices at the tactical and operational levels; * Work daily with teams, supporting leaders and agile practitioners in applying Lean-Agile practices; * Contribute to demand organization and prioritization, helping ensure on-time delivery; * Track requests and provide visibility into progress for relevant stakeholders; * Support team evolution in adopting agile concepts and practices; * Serve as a liaison between teams and the agility function; * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Support identification and removal of impediments; * Monitor team performance indicators and metrics; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and routines; * Support communication across teams and departments in cross-functional contexts; * Assist in organizing planning activities (quarterly, OKRs, etc.); * Contribute to organizing workshops, trainings, and internal facilitation sessions; * Support consolidation of operational information and reports. Requirements: What You Need: * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team dynamics; * Experience supporting cross-functional teams; * Familiarity with OKRs and performance metrics; * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Collaborative and organized mindset; * Adaptability to change and dynamic environments; * Basic experience in conflict mediation. Preferred Qualifications: * Management 3.0 * Business Agility * Metrics and Continuous Improvement * Familiarity with Flight Levels or Kanban Maturity Model * Knowledge of AI * Power BI and Jira
