Collaborative work and support for daily store operations We are hiring for a client: **SALES ASSOCIATE \- LEBLON SHOPPING MALL \- RJ** **Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off \| 100% in-person at Leblon, RJ** **IMPORTANT** We are seeking a SALES ASSOCIATE to work directly in-store at Leblon Shopping Mall. This position is ideal for communicative, organized, friendly individuals who enjoy public-facing roles, sales, and a dynamic work routine. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-store customer service * Present products and assist customers in selecting sweets and display items * Organize window displays, product presentation, and restocking * Operate the sales system and process order closures * Support store area organization and cleanliness * Ensure a courteous customer experience aligned with the brand's standards * Assist with store opening and closing procedures * Collaborate with production teams to maintain unit operational flow * Proactively support daily store operations **REQUIREMENTS** * Availability to work a 6x1 schedule at Leblon Shopping Mall. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail operations * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor * Friendly, organized, and agile profile * Ability to interact effectively with customers and thrive in a dynamic routine * Commitment to scheduled hours and in-person attendance * Capacity to work independently and responsibly * Preferred experience in cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or premium-service retail stores Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Which neighborhood do you live in? * What is your salary expectation? * Are you currently employed? * Do you have availability to work a 6x1 schedule during closing hours at Leblon? * How long have you worked in customer-facing roles?
