Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Researcher for Research & Development to work with a focus on developing lubricating greases, emerging technologies, and applications. Key Highlights: 1. Engagement in R&D with a focus on lubricating greases and emerging technologies. 2. Conduct applied and exploratory research in grease development. 3. Develop new formulations and product concepts. This position is strategic and aims to bring **deep technical expertise**, support portfolio evolution, and contribute to new business opportunities and solutions beyond the current core. **Key Activities:** -------------------------- * Conduct applied and exploratory research in the development of lubricating greases for various applications and sectors. * Develop new formulations, technologies, and product concepts—from ideation through proof-of-concept. * Evaluate raw materials, additives, thickeners, and novel technological pathways. * Structure and execute end-to-end research projects, defining scope, methodology, and deliverables. * Collaborate technically with local and global suppliers, universities, and technology partners. * Contribute to the development of new businesses, applications, and innovative solutions. * Support knowledge transfer to development and industrialization teams, where applicable. * Participate in innovation project design and resource acquisition initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in product Research and Development. * Preferred experience with lubricating greases, formulations, raw materials, and laboratory testing. * Experience working in R&D environments, laboratories, or technology centers. * Advanced or fluent English proficiency. **What We Expect From You:** ---------------------------- * Analytical mindset; * Proactivity; * Autonomy; * Customer focus; * Innovation mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Master’s and/or Ph.D. * Experience with lubricating greases. * Prior involvement in technological innovation projects. **Additional Information** What do we offer?
