Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting biological specimens, performing various types of specimen collection, and organizing the work environment, adhering to technical standards and biosafety guidelines. Works in compliance with technical standards and biosafety protocols Clinical laboratory hiring for the position of Clinical Laboratory Assistant. Responsibilities: * Collect biological specimens while instructing patients on proper preparation for tests, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality of service; * Perform venous blood collection (vacuum system and scalp vein), pediatric collection, and heel-prick test following technical protocols; * Organize and prepare the workplace, including cleaning, sorting, labeling, packaging, and proper storage of specimens; * Adhere to technical standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and biosafety requirements to ensure test quality and reliability. Compensation: Salary of BRL 1.621,00 + Hazard Pay + Transportation Voucher (modal) + Dental Plan + Life Insurance + Breakfast at the company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Location: Freguesia (Jacarepaguá) Requirements: * Completed high school education (with certificate and academic transcript); * Technical course in Clinical Laboratory or Clinical Pathology, with active CRF registration; * Experience in vacuum, scalp vein, pediatric, and heel-prick blood collection. Currently pursuing a university degree (Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related field) is a plus.
