Interface with technical teams and train end users **[Services] Senior Implementation Analyst | Protheus** ========================================================= TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | Hybrid Job Description Role Mission Implement, configure, and support the Backoffice modules of the TOTVS Protheus ERP system, with a focus on Controllership, ensuring compliance with business processes, fiscal/accounting regulations, managerial information quality, and operational efficiency for clients. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Lead Protheus Backoffice implementation projects; gather and map client processes (AS-IS / TO-BE); configure system modules according to business rules. * Implement and integrate modules including: Tax Configuration, Accounting (CTB), Fixed Assets (ATF), Tax (SIGAFIS), Finance (SIGAFIN), Purchasing (SIGACOM), Billing (SIGAFAT), Inventory/Costs (SIGAEST / SIGACST). * Configure chart of accounts, cost centers, allocation rules, accounting structures, and managerial structures. * Implement controllership routines and performance management. * Validate fiscal, accounting, and financial integrations; execute integrated tests and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Train end users and client teams. * Prepare technical and functional documentation. * Provide post-implementation support. * Support clients in process improvement and ERP usage. * Interface with technical areas (IT, development, database). Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Required Education: Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Required Technical Knowledge: * Protheus — Configuration of Backoffice modules; knowledge of tables, data dictionary, and Protheus environment; configuration of environments, companies, branches, users, and profiles; inter-module integrations; fiscal, accounting, and financial routines. * Controllership — Managerial accounting; cost centers and business units; income statement structure (managerial DRE); corporate budgeting; allocations and apportionments; performance calculation; costs (direct, indirect, fixed, variable); financial and managerial KPIs. * Fiscal/Accounting — SPED Accounting and Fiscal, ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, tax regimes, fiscal and accounting recordkeeping, ancillary obligations. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Business Management, ERP, or Finance. * Familiarity with TOTVS solutions. * Analytical mindset; organization and priority management; clear and didactic communication; ability to translate technical concepts; proactivity; systemic vision; solution orientation; teamwork; client relationship skills; autonomy with accountability; deadline and deliverable management.
