Focus on hygiene and food safety **Main Responsibilities:** § Prepare service carts or trays with meals, beverages, and necessary utensils for distribution. § Plate or package meals according to order specifications, ensuring each meal is complete and visually appealing. § Ensure the correct quantity of meals and beverages is prepared and distributed according to demand. § Deliver meals in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. § Comply with hygiene and food safety standards during food handling, storage, and distribution. § Properly collect and dispose of waste, such as disposable plates, napkins, and packaging, after meal distribution. § Maintain accurate records of meals delivered, including quantities and items served. § Handle special requests, order adjustments, and unforeseen issues during distribution. § Maintain distribution equipment and report any problems to the responsible department.
