**Job Opening: Operations Assistant – Meal Assembly (Exclusively for Persons with Disabilities)** We are seeking a committed, organized, and detail-oriented professional to work in the meal assembly area. Responsibilities * Assemble cold and hot dishes, trays, desserts, and meals in general; * Follow established assembly standards to ensure service quality and presentation; * Pay close attention to details to maintain the required meal assembly standards; * Ensure accuracy in service assembly according to operational guidelines; * Properly use production check\-lists, adhering to specified quantities and weights; * Maintain food cuts within standard specifications and as defined by the client; * Support workplace organization and cleaning, following good food handling practices; * Collaborate with the team to meet operational deadlines and demands. Requirements * Minimum of **6 months’ experience in meal assembly, industrial kitchens, catering, or related fields**; * Completed elementary or high school education (preferred); * Basic knowledge of **food hygiene and handling**.
