




Job Summary: Responsible for kitchen cleaning and organization, food preparation for staff, inventory control, and mise en place for meals. Key Highlights: 1. Sauce preparation and ingredient portioning Perform general kitchen cleaning (wash countertops, floor, and necessary utensils to start the day). Assist in preparing meals for staff sufficient for both day and night shifts. Check inventory supplies to report possible product shortages. Prepare mise en place. Prepare sauces. Portion ingredients.
