We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** with proven experience in **preparing transported meals** (meal boxes, collective meals, or industrial food service). The professional will provide **direct assistance to the cook** and perform **pre\-preparation, preparation, and finishing processes** for meals. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing food intended for transport. * Perform pre\-preparation, sanitation, cutting, and portioning of food items. * Support meal assembly and packaging. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Follow food hygiene and safety standards. * Monitor product expiration dates, storage conditions, and quality. * Support the cook in all routine production demands. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in preparing transported meals or working in industrial kitchens. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Agility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work from **Monday to Friday**. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (business hours or as scheduled by the kitchen).
