SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST

Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Technology, or related fields.
Work Location: Fiotec Headquarters, Manguinhos, RJ.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring servers, users, services, licenses, and Information Technology (IT) equipment—both at the Foundation for Scientific and Technological Development in Health (Fiotec) and at external providers (data centers)—in accordance with the information security policy, providing necessary technological services to support operational processes across all foundation departments.
Required Knowledge and Courses:
* Experience in IT Infrastructure;
* Knowledge of computer networks;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Postgraduate studies in Computer Networks, Infrastructure Management, or related fields are desirable; and
* Course on Fundamentals of Information Security based on ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 (2013 version) — Preparation for the EXIN Information Security Foundation (ISFS) exam.
