Position: Production Manager **Key Responsibilities** * Lead production operations and PPC, ensuring achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets. * Structure production planning and control aligned with commercial demands and industrial capacity. * Monitor and optimize KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, losses, industrial costs, and planning accuracy. * Coordinate PPC teams, supervisors, and operators, fostering continuous development and operational excellence. * Ensure integration with maintenance, quality, procurement, logistics, and other company departments. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, 5W2H, Kaizen) and promote process innovation. * Participate in strategic planning, proposing investments, optimizations, and new technologies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in production and PPC management within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of industrial KPIs, costs, supply chain, and factory management. * Practical experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One preferred), advanced Excel, and tools such as Power BI. * Experience with quality standards, safety regulations, and process standardization. * Proactive leadership, systemic vision, ability to make rapid decisions, and assertive communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Industrial Management, PPC, Project Management, or Quality. * Experience in automation projects, capacity expansion, or factory layout reorganization.
