Job Summary: Responsible for leading and managing building maintenance activities, ensuring full functionality of facilities and infrastructure, with emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance. Focus on preventive and corrective maintenance **Responsibilities:** * Lead building maintenance activities, ensuring full functionality of the unit's facilities and infrastructure. * Monitor and lead preventive and corrective maintenance services in electrical, plumbing, painting, building conservation, and cleaning areas, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to established deadlines. * Operate team and supplier management, supporting decision-making aligned with management strategy. * Release and control materials, monitor inventory levels, update spreadsheets, and use operational systems specific to the area. * Create and track service orders (SOs), manage service requests in the system, and prepare managerial reports to support and monitor Coordination. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Building Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields; * Knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective building maintenance; * Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, and building conservation areas; * Valid NR-10 certification; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications** * Undergraduate studies in progress or completed in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in leading operational teams and managing suppliers. **Work Format:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + Meal/Voucher Allowance (R$ 28.00 per day) + Life Insurance + Health and Dental Plans + Totalpass Compensation: R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
