Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure operational safety, continuity of activities, and regulatory compliance. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and civil structural systems. * Ensure continuous and reliable operation of: * Generator sets and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. * HVAC systems. * Hydraulic and sanitary systems. * Other essential technical systems required for facility operations. * Monitor and maintain: * Water and power distribution networks. * Equipment and systems supporting essential operational activities. * Compliance with applicable technical standards, engineering standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer recommendations. * Organize and maintain maintenance documentation for audit and traceability purposes. * Develop maintenance plans (e.g., Preventive Maintenance Operation Checklist [PMOC], preventive routines, and checklists). * Manage internal and third-party teams. * Control budgets, contracts, and material procurement. * Respond rapidly to critical situations that may impact operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Engineering degree. * Solid experience in facility maintenance within healthcare or industrial environments involving critical systems. * The candidate must possess solid knowledge in: * Residential and industrial electrical installations. * HVAC and refrigeration systems (including hands-on PMOC experience). * Hydraulics, pumps, and pressurization. * Building automation. * Water treatment systems and filtration/quality processes. * Generator sets and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Experience in sectors subject to stringent regulatory requirements or frequent audits is an advantage. **Additional Information** Greater inclusion: Affirmative action position for people with disabilities.
