We are seeking a highly qualified OT Security Consultant with strategic vision and deep expertise in industrial environments to define, build, and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions. This professional will serve as the technical subject-matter expert (SME) within the team, supporting critical decisions, leading initiatives, and ensuring the protection of large-scale operational technology (OT) environments. **Key Responsibilities:** The OT Security Consultant will support requirement definition, design and development of security components, and actively participate in testing and validation activities. Acting as a domain specialist, this role provides technical guidance to the team, collaborates across multiple functions, and directly contributes to key security decisions. The consultant will also propose efficient solutions to complex challenges both within the team and across interdependent teams. **Day-to-Day Activities:** * Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for Operational Technology (OT) systems. * Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for improvement. * Participate in developing and evolving OT security assessment programs. * Design and review OT network segmentation architectures. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (infrastructure, networking, engineering, applications, SOC, etc.) to ensure proper implementation of security controls. * Support critical technical decisions and serve as the reference point for industrial security best practices and guidelines. * Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in industrial cybersecurity. **Preferred Technical Requirements** * Proven expertise in the **ISA/IEC 62443** standard (mandatory). * Advanced knowledge of **OT endpoint protection**. * Strong mastery of **OT network segmentation architectures**, general OT security, and advanced security assessment practices in industrial environments.
