Job Summary: Foreign trade and logistics professional to manage import/export, customs, and client/supplier interface processes. Key Highlights: 1. Direct client interface and logistics tracking 2. Management of import/export processes and customs documentation 3. Control of material management systems and report generation Main Responsibilities: \* Direct client interface, tracking logistics requests; \* Monitoring of import/export processes and customs documentation; \* Ensuring correct classification under Repetro / Repetro-Sped; \* Inventory report generation; \* Control of material management systems (WMS); \* Coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers; \* Support in preparing reports and KPIs; \* Issuance of storage/transport invoices; \* Scheduling and monitoring of cargo; \* Contacting suppliers for adjustments. Required Qualifications: \* Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields \* Experience with customs procedures \* Knowledge of foreign trade legislation is a plus \* Intermediate English level (conversation required) Work Location: 100% on-site position – CENTRO - RJ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
