Being diverse means being Super! **This opportunity is also posted on SHV Energy’s global job portal and reflects our commitment to attracting talent that shares our values, regardless of location.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective:** Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling production, logistics, supply, distribution, fleet, maintenance, training, safety, environment, and quality (ISO) processes across bottling plants and warehouses (scope defined in the organizational chart), aiming to achieve targets and objectives set forth in the performance management program (KPIs), as well as generating and controlling the regional annual operational budget—including investments, expenses, and personnel costs—in alignment with the company’s goals and strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure bottling units have the necessary resources for filling and distribution operations by planning and controlling supply processes, guaranteeing continuous production flow and supporting sales demand fluctuations; * Lead and develop, together with units, action plans to achieve operational efficiency targets, monitor execution of these actions to reduce operational costs, and develop and implement management tools to enable continuous process improvement; * Structure and formulate investment plans for units (investment budget), demonstrating their feasibility; * Develop and present feasibility analyses for large-scale regional projects; * Implement and monitor maintenance plans ensuring uninterrupted operation of manufacturing plants, without compromising service delivery to our customers and partners, while safeguarding company assets; * Direct and approve selection processes for management positions within units, and coordinate and conduct necessary training for developing these roles; * Control and ensure compliance of bottling plants and warehouses with operational, ISO, safety, and environmental standards through inspections that guarantee adherence to applicable laws enforced by government agencies responsible for our licenses and routine oversight of our activities and assets—as well as compliance with Supergasbras’ internal policies and standards; * Develop and implement action plans to achieve KPI targets related to customer and partner satisfaction; * Ensure team motivation, participation, teamwork, and development—and contribute to succession planning through corporate, educational, and behavioral initiatives aligned with the Human Resources Directorate’s demands and premises; * Manage contracts with service providers for operations and distribution processes, adhering to company-established standards; * Ensure implementation of the National Sustainability Program across units, as well as execution of actions tied to Organizational Climate Plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering; * Fluent English; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; * Experience in people management **Specific Knowledge:** * People management; * Negotiation skills; * Financial management; * Industrial and logistics technical management. **Additional Information** Being Super comes with many advantages—here’s what we offer you: * **Health and Well-being: Medical and Dental Insurance, Gympass** * **Quality Nutrition: Meal Allowance and On-site Cafeteria** * **Dream Planning: Profit Sharing and Private Pension Plan** * **Family: Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave** * **Development: Corporate University and Learning Partnerships** * **Birthday Celebration: Birthday Leave (day off in birth month)** * **Facilities: Company Car** * **Others: Exclusive Benefits** *By confirming your application, you automatically accept our Privacy Policy, available at:* https://www.supergasbras.com.br/\-/media/sites/brazil/pdf\-files/politica\-de\-privacidade\-para\-candidatos\-dez\_\-2019\.pdf. #### **What Makes Us Super?** We are a company that values people and everything they represent—the energy of ideas, contributions, partnerships, and collaboration.
