Description: Prerequisites:* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — will be tested;
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills — will be tested;
* Experience in international logistics, import/export processes, or freight forwarding — preferred;
* Familiarity with key logistics documents (invoice, packing list, HAWB/HBL, booking, etc.) — preferred.
Main Challenges:* Support the Control Tower's operations in executing international logistics routines, including: readiness follow-up, pickup, documentation issuance, booking, and final delivery.
* Track operational stages in the system and update internal dashboards with accurate information and within deadlines.
* Interact with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other partners to request documents, clarify operational questions, and ensure shipment progress.
* Assist the team in verifying documents such as invoices, packing lists, HAWB/HBL, and operational checklists.
* Help identify operational deviations and flag potential issues to the team’s technical lead.
* Participate in internal Control Tower team meetings, providing updates on process statuses and tasks under your responsibility.
* Ensure organization and traceability of operational data, maintaining control over order status, deadlines, and deliveries.
* Meet deadlines and requirements defined for each stage of the logistics process, contributing to the overall performance of the department.
