




Job Summary: Senior professional providing in-person and remote technical support to VIP users in hybrid environments with macOS and Windows, ensuring incident resolution and compliance with information security policies. Hybrid environments (Mac and Windows) **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical support for VIP users (in-person and remote) * Support for hybrid environments, primarily Mac and Windows 11 * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications * Support for Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and corporate tools * Support for executive meetings (videoconferencing and meeting rooms) * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents * Compliance with information security policies Experience and Knowledge: * Proven senior-level experience supporting VIP/executive users * Advanced experience with macOS and the Apple ecosystem (primary focus of this role) * Solid knowledge of Windows 11 (configuration, troubleshooting, and user support) * Experience integrating Mac and Windows devices in corporate environments (Active Directory / Azure AD) * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, basic DNS) * Experience supporting corporate applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, etc.) * Bachelor's degree in IT * Basic understanding of information security (policies, encryption, secure access) Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience providing Mac-related support to VIP users? * What is your salary expectation?
